Last week I attended a summer school in Magdeburg, Germany, from August 28 to September 1, 2017, which is called 5th Summer School of the IMPRS Magdeburg for Advanced Methods in Process and Systems Engineering. This year the summer school focused on the currently intensively investigated topic of "Decision making and uncertainty. "
The International Max Planck Research School (IMPRS) is jointly organized by the Max Planck Institute for Dynamics of Complex Technical Systems and the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg.
More information about this summer school you can go through this link:http://www.mpi-magdeburg.mpg.de/summerschool . It is held every two years.

Here are scientific programs at a glance, if you are interested in any one of the lectures, you can leave me a comment and I can send you the PDF handouts.
Apart from the intensive courses, the organizer also prepared social events for us almost everyday. I had opportunities to meet more PhD students and make new friends. That was an amazing experience.
